Orchard Housing Society is located on Hampstead Garden Suburb in North West London. It is a not for profit registered social landlord that exists to provide rented sheltered accommodation for the older members of the Suburb population (or the parents of Suburb residents) who are in need of sheltered housing.

The Orchard has 61 self-contained flats providing accommodation for 48 single people and 13 couples. There are two managers responsible for the day-to-day running of the flats and monitoring the well being and needs of the tenants.
Rented sheltered housing at The Orchard is intended for people who are able to live independently, or with support provided privately or through the local authority. All tenants at The Orchard have security of tenure and are granted an assured tenancy.
