 The Regulator of Social Housing is a non-departmental public body that regulates private registered providers of social housing to promote a viable, efficient and well-governed social housing sector able to deliver homes that meet a range of needs. 

The National Housing Federation is the voice of affordable housing in England. They believe that everyone should have the home they need at a price they can afford. The National Housing Federation represent the work of housing associations and campaign for better housing. Their members provide two and a half million homes for more than five million people. And each year they invest in a diverse range of neighborhood projects that help create strong, vibrant communities. 

g320 represents small housing associations working in London. Their aim is to promote and share good practice amongst those small associations providing a range of housing and care services in the capital and across the country.  g320 is a valuable source of information and support for all small social landlords.

The Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust was set up in 1968 "to do all things possible to maintain and preserve the present character and amenities" of Hampstead Garden Suburb. The Trust operates a Scheme of Management, which ensures that the architectural standards of the Suburb's founders are maintained. The Trust publishes policies for the protection of the character of the Suburb and householders must obtain the Trust's approval before making changes to the external appearance of their property. 

 Hampstead Garden Suburb Fellowship is a local charity founded in 1910 – another element in Henrietta Barnett’s legacy – to promote the physical, social, cultural and educational wellbeing of Suburb residents over the age of 60. Limited welfare services can also be provided for those in need. As a secular institution, independent of any religious, social or other body, Fellowship is unique on the Suburb. All Suburb residents over the age of 60 are welcome to become Club Members for a modest annual fee Orchard tenants are offered free membership.
